We are now offering Limited Appraisals for $100.  There are no inspection of the subject property and the appraisal cannot be used for lending purposes.  We do provide MLS comparable sales data and an estimate of value is provided by a licensed or certified appraiser.  This report is much more reliable than a BPO report or Automated appraisal.  The desktop report is completed at our office using courthouse information, owner information and multiple listing sales data.  The desktop appraisal report is USPAP compliant.  All limited appraisals are cod, mastercard/visa or check by mail.  Please submit your contact information and property information below and we will get back to you asap.
